Parents regain control… thanks to an app
The app «Ignore No More» -in free translation «you will not ignore me anymore»- comes to put an end to the parents' anxieties, who are searching for their children… in vain!
Through this app, parents will be able to «lock» the Android devices of their children, until they pick them up and give mom or dad a phone call.
Sharon Standifir, creator of the smartphone app "Ignore No More," told CBS New York that she came up with the idea because her own children repeatedly ignored her attempts to communicate with them.
She worked with developers for many months and the result left her absolutely satisfied.
The app, as Time reports, is available for $1.99 on Android devices. It allows parents to «lock» their children's phones from another device, forcing them to first call a list of specific numbers in order to regain access to their device's functions.
«No calls to friends, no text messages, games… nothing, until they call you back. And when they do, you can choose when you want to unlock their device» says the app's website.
Parents are taking back control into their own hands…
