Through a post on Google+, Google announced the creation of a domain registration service.
Google Domains, as Google's new service will be called, will give small businesses the ability to register their website's domain easily and quickly.
For now, Google Domains is in a development stage and not all of its features are yet available, while Google is still giving a limited number of users the ability to purchase and transfer domains through its service.
Finally, Google Domains will collaborate with some of the leading website building providers, such as Shopify, Squarespace, Weebly, wix.com, while through them Google will be able to even more easily promote its services, such as AdWords, to businesses that wish to strengthen their online presence.
