The first electronic cigarette is not only a fact but has been released on the European market! It is manufactured - where else? - in the Netherlands and users can fill it with either cannabis liquid or dried cannabis.
The company that created it is E-Njoint BV. It manufactures 10,000 electronic cigarettes per day and exports them to Europe. They do not contain tobacco and are 100% legal.
The managing director of the company E-Njoint said: “The Netherlands is known worldwide for its tolerance for soft drugs and with this product it shows that it can go a step further.”
And he continued: As long as you don't bother your neighbor and act within the law, then everything is fine.
