The draft of the new European regulation for the Single Telecommunications Market was approved in Brussels by the European Parliament 's Committee on Industry, Research and Energy .
The new regulation will allow European citizens to make calls without roaming charges, from anywhere in the EU, before the end of 2015.
More specifically, from December 15, 2015, making a phone call abroad will cost the same as a call within our country.
Also, roaming charges will be abolished for both SMS messagesand electronic data, that is, for internet use from smartphones and other electronic devices with a mobile Internet.
