Microsoft 's recent release of upgrades includes many improvements, including some to its cloud-based storage service SkyDrive.
According to a report from LiveSide.net, one of the patches hitting Windows 8.1 and Windows RT 8.1 devices via Windows Update brings improvements to SkyDrive, including a sync icon in the taskbar and upgraded settings.
"This update improves the Skydrive experience for all Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 users," reads the description of the KB2923768 bulletin that was released.
Just like all other bug fixes, this one is being pushed to users via the integrated Windows, which means users don't need to do much other than be connected to the Internet.
