Microsoft announced that the Student Advantage program is now available to students in 35,000 schools around the world.
The Student Advantage benefit, which launched in October, has been expanded to give more students free access to Office productivity tools and make it easier for them to use powerful tools, like Word and Excel.
“In October, we announced a new benefit called Student Advantage, which makes it easy for students to access the latest version of Microsoft Office and better prepare for the tools used in today’s modern workplace. Student Advantage is now available at more than 35,000 educational institutions around the world,” Microsoft.
"All schools and universities that license Office 365 ProPlus or Office Professional Plus for staff and faculty can also provide access to Office 365 ProPlus for students at no additional cost.".
Redmond also added that it is now working with more schools around the world to expand its partnership, so we expect similar news regarding the Student Advantage program to be revealed soon.
