AlgoSec has released the results of a survey called “Study of the Impact of Security Management on the Business.” The report found that the management of security is not aligned with business requirements, resulting in a negative impact on organizations.
Data shows that 69% of organizations plan to move business applications to the cloud in the next year. However, 67% of them experienced downtime while moving their application.
When it comes to risks, most companies (48%) are concerned and want to monitor enterprise application risks, while 30% want to see network exposure by department.
On the other hand, 18% of respondents reported spending more than a month on firewall checks.
