Realbotix presented a series of AI robots that can fulfill various roles:

- romantic partner "to deal with loneliness"
The top-of-the-line robot girlfriend is called Aria. It costs $175,000. There's also a mid-range model that costs $150,000 and can be disassembled and packed into a suitcase to take with you.

Realbotix CEO Andrew Kiguelsays the company's mission is to "create robots that are indistinguishable from humans." The robots can be configured as either male or female, and the company claims it can even replicate historical figures or celebrities.
However, some improvements are needed. According to Forbes, there is no perfect synchronization between the speech and the moving lips, and the limb movements of the robot girlfriend Aria are a bit unnatural.
However, Kiguel remains optimistic about Aria's capabilities. "We believe we have the most realistic robots in the world in terms of their appearance," he said.
He explained that his company emphasizes facial expressions and tries to create robots that can create emotions and show people what they are feeling.

Realbotix claims that you can have a real emotional bond with a robot, to the point where it can be treated as a companion. "It can be like a romantic partner. It remembers who you are. It can act as a boyfriend or girlfriend. Have you ever seen the movie Her? That's what we're trying to do."
However, the CEO explained that the robot girlfriend Aria is not a sex toy. However, conversations with it can be more intimate.
Face change
Aria's eyes are hidden cameras used for visual recognition. Through them, the robot girlfriend can recognize the person she's talking to and objects in her field of vision. For example, she can spot someone eating an apple and ask how it tastes.

The most interesting thing is that if you get bored with Aria's face, you don't have to spend money to buy a whole new robot. You can simply change its face. The "realistic" skin of the faces can be magnetically detached and replaced with a new face.

The use of robots in our daily lives should in no way undermine human connection. True companionship cannot be manufactured or bought, it is something that comes from a genuine and mutual connection between two people.
