New information confirms that some engineers who previously worked on Apple Vision Pro have been transferred to a new project for foldable iPhones or iPads.
It is also claimed that the planned launch of a foldable iPhone will be delayed from 2026 to 2027, however suppliers have stated that they will stick to their existing schedules.

A January report said display suppliers Samsung and LG have been sending foldable display samples to Apple for some time now. The most recent of these appear to be in the 7-8-inch range.
