Android Auto is experiencing issues with Galaxy device owners trying to connect wirelessly.
Many Samsung device owners have reported wireless connectivity issues on Google 's Android Auto forum . Specifically, they report that after upgrading their Galaxy S22 Ultra to Samsung's One UI 6, Bluetooth connectivity for Android Auto stops working. There are also reports from Google Pixel users of Android Auto wireless connectivity issues. The affected devices appear to be the Pixel 4, Pixel 6a, Pixel 6, and Pixel 7. Finally, it appears that the issues are also occurring on some models of the Galaxy S22 Plus, Galaxy A54, and Galaxy S23 series after Samsung's November 2023 update.

The good news is that Google is aware of the issues, as its representatives have been involved in discussions with the community. Unfortunately, we can't predict how long it will take to fix the issues .
Currently, users can try connecting their Android phones to Android Auto via a cable for greater stability. However, it was curiously observed that one Pixel owner reported that upgrading to Android 14 QPR2 Beta 2 fixed the issue. So, this may be an option for users interested in the Android beta
This isn't the first time Android Auto has had connectivity issues with Android devices. In August, Pixel 7 and Pixel 6 owners reported inconsistencies in their wireless connection. While restarting or clearing their device's cache provided a temporary fix, the problems soon returned. The preference remains for using a cable for the best experience until Google releases a proper code update
Despite the reports, there appear to be no issues with Android Auto on any Samsung devices running One UI 6. The company is continuing to roll out the One UI 6 (Android 14) update to devices , with the process expected to be completed by the end of December and into 2024.
