Essentially, this feature allows users to add other users to a document or file. The roles of these users within the document or file can vary depending on the user's needs. Users can add people to files as editors, commenters, or just viewers, with no control rights whatsoever.

Now when searching for documents or files, users can simply type the name of a collaborator. The files that person has access to will appear. This is an easy and convenient way to find documents, especially if you have forgotten the title of the file you are looking for.
