Here's how Apple describes watchOS 9.4 's AFib History :

AFib is a lifelong condition that can change over time. However, people with AFib usually continue to live a healthy lifestyle. The amount of this condition in your body could potentially be reduced through regular exercise, nutritious meals, maintaining an ideal weight, and addressing other medical conditions that can make it worse if left unchecked. When left untreated, it can eventually lead to heart failure or blood clots that put you at risk for stroke.

AFib History offers the ability to measure and track your heart activity for extended periods of time, referred to as being affected by AFib. This information can then be shared with your doctor for deeper discussions that help you better manage your health concerns.
