Adh1003, a Reddit who contacted MacRumors about this issue, has collected multiple stories from people complaining about unknown playlists appearing in the app that they don't recognize.
Sometimes, users were surprised to discover that their existing playlists had been merged with unknown ones or had disappeared and been replaced by unknown titles.
While some users have expressed concern that someone has taken control of their Apple accounts, the culprit is likely an iCloud server glitch . Many users have had success signing out and then back in to iCloud in the Music app (Settings -> Apple ID -> iCloud -> Show All) to resolve their issue, but not everyone has.

According to reports, the Music app for iPhone is the only one experiencing unknown playlists, while the macOS remains unaffected. According to user accounts, the problem began in mid-February, possibly due to the arrival of iOS 16.3.1, which was designed to address a bug found in iCloud settings.

While some users have contacted Apple support to try to resolve the issue, unfortunately no one has reported a successful outcome.
This issue brings back memories of the iCloud incident last year, when users reported seeing images and videos from unknown people in their Photo Libraries.
