Arkane Studios CEO Harvey Smith says it's "shocking" and "terrifying" for developers that Redfall will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one. Redfall, a vampire-themed first-person shooter from Arkane Studios, will be available on Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass subscription service upon release. Arkane Studios has already released one game since Microsoft acquired Bethesda. That game was Deathloop , which was released in 2021 and is also an FPS.
Microsoft honored a deal Bethesda had with Sony, which made Deathloop a PlayStation 5 exclusive for a year. After the exclusivity period ended, Deathloop was released on Xbox through the Game Pass service.
Redfall, a co-op FPS game from Arkane Studios, will be available on the Xbox Game Pass subscription service the same day it launches.
Arkane Studios does not have a deal with Sony like they did with their previous game, Deathloop.

Redfallwas made during the pandemic , so we don't know how that might have affected the visuals or quality of the game.

There has been no official release date.
It was originally scheduled for 2022, but has been pushed back to the first half of 2023. There have been reports of additional delays, so it’s uncertain when exactly it will be released.
Some “leaks” say that Redfall won’t be released until May 2023, while it was originally scheduled for March-April.
Some are worried that this will affect the release of Starfield, another Bethesda game that is expected to be released after Redfall. However, it seems that its release date is still on track and may not be affected by the delay of the vampire shooter.
It would be great if Microsoft provided more information about the release dates of both games so that fans know when to expect them. But I think they are doing it a little on purpose to keep the hype high!
Redfall will be available for Xbox Series X and S and Windows PCs.
