As we bid farewell to 2022 and look ahead to 2023, all eyes in the video game industry are on The Game Awards. This annual event celebrates the best games of the year while also giving us a glimpse of what's to come in the future.
It's time again for the annual gaming. The 2022 Game Awards will take place on Thursday, December 8th at 7:30PM ET / 4:30PM PT. You can stream the show live from Los Angeles on places like YouTube and Twitch, or check out the Game Awards for a more comprehensive list of places you can watch it.
While the length is unknown, The Game Awards Geoff Keighley said in a Twitch that the main show will be around two and a half hours long. I think that's a good thing - last year's Game Awards, including the pre-show, were almost four hours long.
