Viewing your Facebook Memories is a great way to remember what you were up to on any given day. Facebook Memories include your posts, posts you've been tagged in, and other content. Plus, they're super easy to access. We'll show you how.

Find your Facebook memories on desktop
To access your Memories from desktop, first launch a browser on your computer and open Facebook. Then, log in to your account if you haven't already.

After logging in, from the left sidebar of Facebook, select “Memories.” If you don’t find this option, select Menu > Memories.

When the “Memories” page opens, you will see all your posts from that day in the past.

Facebook lets you control which Memories you see and when you get notifications for them. On the same “Memories” page, in the left sidebar, you’ll find the following options:
- Notifications: To turn on, off, or receive notifications only for your Memories highlights, use this option.
- Hide people: If you want to hide memories you had with someone, select this option.
- Hide dates: To hide Memories between a specific date range, select this option.

View your Facebook memories on mobile
On your mobile device, launch the Facebook app and tap your profile icon (on iOS, tap the Menu icon).
On the “Menu” screen that opens, select “Memories”.

On the “Memories” page, you will see all your content from this day in the past.

To manage your memories settings, tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
On the next page, you can choose which Memories notifications you want to receive and whether you want to turn off Memories from specific dates or specific people.

And this is how you go back in time using your Facebook profile.
