The Samsung Galaxy A23 is expected to debut with a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display like its predecessor, the Galaxy A22 5G. The A23 is expected to feature the same chipset as the A22 5G, the MediaTek Dimensity 700. The 7 nm Dimensity 700 is a powerful SoC and compares favorably to competing offerings from Qualcomm. The A23 is expected to be available in 4/64 GB and 6/128 GB options.

According to the source, the Galaxy A23 will ditch the A22's 48MP primary camera for a 50MP shooter, likely the JN1. This camera is said to be supported by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. Other specs include a 5000mAh battery and 15W charging. As it stands, the A23 will also retain the 3.5mm jack.
