Gmail web: Finding emails from a sender
In the web version of Gmail, there are two ways to sort emails from a specific sender:
1. Using an existing email
One way to find all emails from a sender is to find at least one email from them in your Gmail inbox. Then, you can find all messages you've received from that person:
Open Gmail in a browser on your Windows, Mac, Linux, or Chromebook.
Find an email from the sender you want in your Inbox. Then, right-click on the email and select: “Find emails from [sender name]” from the menu.

Gmail will display all emails you've received from that person.

2. Search for the sender's email address
Another way to sort emails by sender in Gmail is to use advanced search:
Open Gmail in a browser on your Windows, Mac, Linux, or Chromebook computer.
At the top of the Gmail interface, to the right of the “Search Mail” box, click the “Show Search Options” icon .
A table will appear, click on the “From” field and type in the sender’s email address. Then, at the bottom right of the box, click on “Search”.

Gmail will display all messages you've received from that sender.

Gmail: Find emails from a specific sender on iPhone, iPad or Android
Use the official Gmail app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android to find and sort the emails that interest you.
Open the Gmail app on your device.
Click on the “Search” box at the top.

In the search box, type “from: [email address]”.
Gmail will display incoming emails from that sender.
