Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg posted a bizarre video on Instagram on Sunday in which he waved the American flag while surfing to celebrate Independence Day.

"Happy 4th of July!" Zuckerberg wrote in his video post.

In the video, Zuckerberg is seen riding an electric surfboard on an idyllic lake, with John Denver's "Stars and Stripes" as his West Virginia anthem, "Take Me Home, Country Roads" playing as the soundtrack.

"We got new memes," wrote a "Zuck" follower in response to the post.
“Fantastic!” wrote another follower.
A third wrote: "When the antitrust lawsuit against your company is dismissed by a judge. Let's go Zuck!"
This response referred to a federal judge's decision last Monday to dismiss antitrust complaints filed by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and a coalition of 48 attorneys general against Facebook.

If the plaintiffs had prevailed in the antitrust lawsuits, Facebook might have had to sell off Instagram and WhatsApp.
One Twitter user wrote about the Instagram post: "Mark Zuckerberg posted a video on Instagram of himself wakeboarding while holding an American flag and playing the late John Denver's song 'Take Me Home, Country Roads.'".
