Through 3D modeling software, Cypriot Panagiotis Constantinou brings the faces of prominent ancient Greeks “to life.” The marble, still and expressionless faces of the busts are transformed into moving, colored images with expressions, lending a familiarity to the figures we have mythologized, allowing us to relate to them more easily.

The first video includes the modeling of Socrates, Demosthenes, Pericles, Aristotle, Sophocles, Xenophon and Themistocles, while the second video features Aristophanes, Hippocrates, Philip II, Epicurus, Solon, Herodotus and Panyasis.
