“Verified Calls” is a feature found in the “ Phone by Google ” app. Google works with businesses to verify the identity of the caller, show the reason for the call, and even display the business logos. The Google by Phone app can be installed on most Android devices (if it’s not already pre-installed), including Samsung devices .
Once you've installed the Phone by Google app, you'll need to set it as your default phone app so you can control robocalls. If you missed the prompt to do this when you first opened the app, you can also do it manually. The process is slightly different depending on your phone, but it's something similar to Settings > Apps > Default apps > Phone.
