Hiding your phone number on Telegram on Android devices
You can hide your phone number on Telegram by changing the setting from the Android app. First, open the Telegram app on Android smartphone and tap the three-line icon from the top left corner.
Select the "Settings" option.
Now, go to the “Privacy and Security” section.
Here, select the "Phone number" option.
In the " Who can see my phone number " section , you'll see that the default option is " Everyone ." If you only want your number to be visible to your contacts , select " My contacts ."
If you don't want to show the phone number to anyone, select the "Nobody" option.
Once you set the option to “Nobody,” you’ll see a new section called “Who can find my phone number.” To be more secure, you should change this setting to “My contacts.”
