Recently, it became known that the Chinese company Xiaomi is trying to integrate similar features into MIUI 12.The new service is called “long-exposure mode”, and it is already available for MIUI 12 users in China.
After a Poco F2 Pro user posted a screenshot of the new feature, it was revealed that the new service offers various long-exposure modes. While he posted a screenshot of the new feature, other users like XDA tipster Kacskrz and @Deiki stated that it is clearly visible in the Camera APP code in the latest beta version of MIUI 12.
Thanks to the changes in the new version, users will be able to take better photos of fast-moving objects and places that require more light. For example, photos of the sea, as well as night photos, will come out much better.
It is important to note that Xiaomi is also working on another feature, which is similar to Google Camera's Top-shop service. For those who don't know, this feature allows users to take multiple photos at once, and then Top-shop selects and stores the best one.
However, it is currently unknown when the stable version of the application will be released, which will be available to more users. In addition, it is not known which devices will support these services. For example, Magic Clone is only supported by the high-end phones, regardless of the version of MIUI they use.
