The DownThemAll extension has long been one of the many useful Firefox browser add-ons. The extension adds bulk download capabilities to the browser. It supports filters and many useful features to control and customize the download.

The WebExtensions version of DownThemAll is not just a 1:1 copy of the classic version, but also adds new features. After installing the extension, you will see a new icon for it in the Firefox toolbar. Clicking on it will display options to open settings or download files from the website that is open in your browser
By selecting download, the add-on will display all the links found during the page scan. Each link displays its path, title if available, and a description.
The filters that appear at the bottom of the screen will help you choose which types of files you want to download, e.g. images, videos or files. You can also select the files manually if you prefer, or use the advanced filtering options that the extension has.
That was it: With one click, the DownThemAll extension will download all the files selected to Firefox's default download location.
