There have been many times when the internet has gone crazy with the appearance of photos of idols who unfortunately passed away early. Typical examples are photos of Tupac and Elvis which sparked conspiracy theories. Is the same true of the photo of Steve Jobs that was recently published?
This week, Twitter went into a frenzy when a photo of a man who looked a lot like Steve Jobs surfaced. “Steve Jobs” appears to be in Egypt.
Obviously, it's not Jobs, but it's a strikingly uncanny resemblance. (Although surely the real Steve would be wearing an Apple Watch ! ) Either way, the snap has sparked a flurry of reactions on social media.
For information, Steven Jobs (February 24, 1955 – October 5, 2011) was one of the most well-known figures in the technology world, one of the two co-founders, former chairman and CEO of Apple , and former chairman of Pixar.
He passed away at the age of 56 after a long battle with cancer. The man who changed the history of computers was suffering from a rare form of pancreatic tumor.
