Google Voice is getting more and more popular after the upgrade it received a few years ago. VoIP calls are now back, offering a lot more to Google Voice users.
According to official sources, voice-over-IP (VoIP) will also be released for users who did not have this functionality until now. We first encountered this feature in April 2018, but the installation process has not yet been completed for all users.
It's unclear what caused such a long delay, but we're glad to see it's finally reaching everyone. The rollout has already begun and should be complete by the end of next week.
What is VoIP? – VoIP (Voice over IP) is a group of technologies-protocols that allows telephone calls to be made over the internet , offering numerous advantages over the conventional telephony that you have known so far.
