VPN: Microsoft has just released a new cumulative update for Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709).
While it's surprising that the new updates were released so soon after this month's Patch Tuesday update, it's important to know that the purpose of KB4464217 is not to fix security vulnerabilities in Windows 10.
The reason for releasing the new update is to fix two different bugs in the operating systemconnections VPN

Microsoft explains that some Windows 10 Fall Creators Update users may not be able to connect to VPN servers using the IKEv2 protocol due to an error that prevents the connection and displays the following message: “Remote Access Error 809.” The KB4464217 update should resolve this error. This way, you can connect to the VPN after the backup is complete.
The second bugfix concerns Microsoft Intune, specifically a flaw discovered in all operating system versions updated between July 24, 2018 and September 11, 2018.
To check if the Windows 10 cumulative update KB4464217 is installed correctly, you can simply press Windows key + R and type winver. You will not encounter any problem during the installation.
