The Apple Watch Series 3 can be yours starting at $329 if you opt for the silver aluminum case with a sports band, so it's a pretty expensive smartwatch, but how would you feel about paying just $25 for the same device if you promise to exercise daily?

That's what John Hancock insurance customers can get if they sign a life insurance policy, with the company offering the Apple Watch Series 3 for just $25 as long as buyers exercise regularly.
Specifically, John Hancock Insurance is asking customers to earn Vitality points, which at the end of the month are used to reduce or eliminate the monthly payment for an Apple Watch Series 3. The program will launch next month and will be available to both existing and new customers with the policy in question.
The company says that similar programs in the past have proven that its customers who purchased the Apple Watch actually adopted a healthier lifestyle, with statistics showing that they used the device 6 out of 7 days a week, increased their step count by 2,000 steps per day, and exercised 20 percent more than before purchasing the device.
“Whether they prefer walking, cycling, swimming or any other type of exercise, John Hancock Vitality participants earn rewards that benefit both their health and their wallets,” said Tal Gilbert, CEO of Vitality Group USA.
“We’re excited to see how John Hancock Vitality customers are making health and fitness a priority, living life to the fullest and taking advantage of the program to improve their quality of life. We know that active people are likely to live longer – it’s great to be able to help them do just that.”
Buying an Apple Watch Series 3 for $25 is obviously a great deal, if you own a previous model there's not much to get excited about, both in terms of features and design.
