Following your great response and the successful organization of Ethihak 2016, SecNews joins forces once again with SmartPress, as part of the 7th Infocom Security, which will take place on March 29-30 at the Divani Caravel Hotel, organizing the second Ethihak Contest.
For the second consecutive year, we are giving professionals and non-professionals, hackers, security researchers, and even ordinary fans the opportunity to compete against multiple live targets, testing their skills.

- Only natural persons are eligible to participate. Participation in the competition requires the physical presence of candidates at the Ethihak venue.
- Employees of the company Smartpress and the technology information site Secnews.gr are excluded from the competition
- The duration of the competition is from 29/03/2017 10:00 – 17:00 and 30/03/2017 10:00 – 12:00.
- A valid entry is considered one that contains all the fields of the form correctly completed.
- The winners will be awarded on 30/03/2017 after the end of the competition and will be published on Social Media and on the websites of Smartpress and Secnews.gr.
- Smartpress and Secnews.gr reserve the right to contact participants with the aim of updating the results.
- Personal data is prohibited from being transferred to third parties.
- Participation in the live EthiHak Competition is FREE!
- Maximum number of participants 80.

- Registration Process : In order for the registration to be accepted, you must provide VALID information (during your registration) in order to be accepted by the administrators. This means that after checking your information, the registration will be accepted and your user or team name will appear on the portal scoreboard, but you will not be able to log in (with username/password) to the portal yet.[su_spacer][su_note note_color=”#267018″ text_color=”#ffffff” radius=”2″]For those participants who will compete in teams, we remind you that in addition to the team, they must also register separately with their personal information! - Login Process: Your entry into the system will be allowed on the day of the conference, one hour before the start of the Ethihak Contest 2017 after you confirm the information you provided in step 1, at the Ethihak secretariat.
Consequently: Users will appear on the special scoreboard one day after their registration (Competing users) while on the day of the conference they will be able to Login (Enabled users)
ATTENTION: Users will be identified by name and username on the day of Ethihak. Participants should be there at 09:00 because the party starts at 10:00 exactly!!
We inform contestants to bring their personal computers for their participation in the competition. Finally, we remind you that participation in the competition outside of the physical facilities is not allowed.
