Apple 's second beta of iOS 10.2 has been released in recent days, and it introduces a groundbreaking feature: Emergency SOS , the iPhone's new ability to call the police without being noticed by those around you.

The way to notify the police in case of danger is now more secret. Specifically, the Emergency SOS application will be activated when the user taps the power button five times. A three-second countdown will then appear on the mobile screen, allowing the function to be canceled in the event of a false alarm. If the process continues, security services will be automatically informed of your location.
Currently, the application is aimed at users in the fourteen countries that Apple allows for operation (including America and the United Kingdom), but it will soon be available worldwide.
