Continuing the development of its new operating system, Microsoft has released Windows 10 build 14295 to the Fast Ring of the Windows Insider program. The updated build does not include new features, but the changelog includes several important bug fixes.
First of all, with the new Redstone build you can now connect an Xbox controller without freezing your PC. While the problem initially appeared on a limited number of PCs, it turns out that it was actually a widespread enough issue that Redmond decided to fix it as soon as possible.
At the same time, Windows 10 build 14295 fixes several bugs from older builds.
According to Microsoft: “We have fixed the driver error that prevented Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Internet Security, or Kaspersky Total Security Suite from installing and working as expected.”
Additionally, we fixed an issue that prevented Xbox and Xbox Live apps and games from connecting, and a Microsoft Edge browser issue that led to unexpected page refreshes if someone pressed the Caps Lock key in a password field.
Below you will find the ISO images. Of course they are not official, as every build from the Fast Ring is supposed to be installed via Windows Update.
