Good news for Windows Insiders, as Microsoft has just announced the release of a new build of Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview. 
Windows 10 Mobile build 10149 is distributed by the company through the Fast Ring of the Windows Insider program.
This build comes with Microsoft Edge, which will have some minor changes, such as moving the address bar to the bottom. This change has been made based on feedback from Windows Insiders.
Additionally, there are some general UX improvements and tweaks to the Start toy live tiles which are now more prominent.
The digital assistant Cortana also comes with some improvements.
For those interested in downloading the new build on their mobile devices, they will need to enroll in the Fast Ring from their device settings.
According to Microsoft, no updated build for PCs is expected to be released this week.
