Office 2016 is expected to be released in 2015. The company has already released a preview version, allowing anyone interested to discover what's new in Microsoft's revised productivity suite.
After the availability of the first build, the company revealed that to date around 1 million users are using it.
So given the impressive interest in the new Office 2016 Preview, the company has just released a new updated version that adds new features and options to some of the built-in productivity tools.
The new Office 2016 Preview adds real-time display support to Word, which means users will be notified instantly when their collaborators make changes to an online Word document.
This feature is limited to Word only for now, but we expect it to be added to all other Office apps very soon.
