Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.announced the “PlayStation 4 20th Anniversary Edition”, a special edition of the PS4, commemorating the twentieth anniversary of the release of the first PlayStation (PS) on December 3, 1994.
The 20th Anniversary Edition will be limited to 12,300 units worldwide, a number that references the original PS launch date. The PS4 Collector's Edition and accompanying peripherals will be available in the classic "Original Gray" color scheme in special packaging, also reminiscent of the classic console.
