The popular browser Google Chrome 33 is here and is released for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.
The update mainly includes security fixes. According to Google, 28 bugs have been fixed, including an issue related to paths in the Windows sandbox called pipe policy.
As always, notes Anthony Laforge of Google, most of these bugs were discovered by the users themselves.
Chrome 33.0.1750.117 brings a bunch of new features, including better speech synthesis, safe hotkey launch, an improved full-screen mode, blocking local extensions for Windows users, along with many other new features .
Additionally, the browser appears to be much faster than it was, thanks to the new compilation from Google, which makes JavaScript applications have better performance.
