Nest will continue to operate as it is, according to the company, without any rebranding or any changes to Nest.

The smart devices of Nest will continue to support iOS and Android devices, as well as modern web browsers that allow users to connect with Nest to control the temperature in the home from wherever they are.

The device products will continue to be available to buyers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, the company said in a statement.
