Although previous reports indicated that development of Windows 9, it turns out that Redmond is now making the final adjustments before starting the development process of the next full version of its operating system.
The news was announced via WinSuperSite, which reports that Windows 9 is very likely to debut in April 2015, a year after the release of Windows 8.1 Update 1.
Windows 9 is very likely to bring some major changes for users, including not only the Start menu (which could debut as soon as this April in Windows 8.1 Update 1), but also the ability to run Modern apps in their own windows on the desktop.
