The OpenDNS team created a very interesting 3D video depicting the top cyberattacks that took place in 2013.
The top five cyberattacks are considered to be Red October , the Kelihos botnet, DNS hijack attacks by the Syrian Electronic Army group, the CryptoLocker ransomware , and the Internet shutdown in Syria.
Experts from OpenDNS emphasize that visualization has become a core tool used by large technical data security companies for detecting and limiting advanced cyber attacks.
