Google has announced a new feature that will be added to Android devices that will allow you to locate your smartphone if it is lost or stolen. Until now, there have been various apps that added this service to Android, but there has not been an official app from Google.
The application will be available by the end of the month and allows users to increase the ringtone volume in case they lose their mobile phone, as well as the ability to easily locate it on a map.
Additionally, if the phone or tablet cannot be recovered, the tool will allow users to erase all of their data, ensuring it doesn't fall into the wrong hands.
