The documentary “troktiko-the true story” is a personal project that was filmed with my own means (i.e. without any cost beyond personal labor) from February to early July 2013.
It was not made earlier, because of all the people involved, I did not know anyone other than Socrates Giolias. So, it took me a lot of time - and finally it took a coincidence and a chance meeting - to manage to somehow grab the thread and find the people who really knew the story firsthand.
My goal was not to repeat what was already known and written in newspapers and websites, but to try to collect new material that is heard for the first time and tries to answer the natural questions: who, where, when, how and why?
By following the testimonies of people who experienced the entire history of troktiko.blogspot.com from the inside, everyone now has more evidence to form their own opinion.
