Indonesia has been censoring websites it deems to be contrary to its government's view of the world. This has led to some rather strange choices. Over the weekend, the government decided that the popular video-sharing site, Vimeo, should be added to the list of websites that should be blocked. The reasoning is that the site could be used to distribute pornography and the like.
This effort is very similar to the Turkish government's attempts to block Twitterin order to maintain power. This was all because of leaked material that showed evidence of corruption that could potentially destabilize the government.
