The Anonymous group in the Philippines has shared a list of government websites it has hacked, saying the attacks are part of a protest against corruption.
The message that appears on the altered pages states: «We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is the only easy way by which we could transmit our message to you, our dear brothers and sisters who have grown tired of this harshness and this fake democracy, tired of this government while the politicians think only of themselves.»
«The government, in many ways, has disappointed the citizens of the Philippines. They have been denied the things that were promised to them, that we have been promised to give by our delayed heroes. Let us remind the government that justice and freedom are more than words. They are prospects.»
