ISIS online presence 's is taking refuge in the shadows of the Dark Web after the recent attacks in Paris.
Having achieved its goals following the recent terrorist attacks in Paris (France) on November 13 , ISIS 's propaganda organization , Al-Hayat , has begun informing users of its intention to move its operations to the Dark Web , as reported by Scot Terban .
Al --Hayat is one of the most well known sources for ISIS propaganda , supplying all news agencies around the world with authentic video content from members of the Islamic State (ISIS, Daesh).
The Al-Hayat consists of countless sites on the Internet, of which the Ansar Khilafah and the Shamikhare the largest.
In a series of blog posts and messages sent to its users following the Paris attacks, Al-Hayat informs its members that Shamikh is moving its operations entirely to the Dark Net.
The news, however, should not come as a surprise as many ISIS-themed websites have already "moved" to the shadows of the Dark Web since the summer.
Additionally, Mr. Terbanalso observes that in addition to Facebook and Twitter, the two social networks of choice for ISIS, Al-Hayat has begun to widely use Telegram.

The Dark Web can also only be accessed through heavy encryption and anonymity via the Tor network or other browsers that support this protocol.
