The rumors are strong lately regarding Google’s intention to present its own online photo service.
According to Android Headlines, Google+, which doesn't seem to have a future as a social network, is expected to be transformed into a photography service, combined with Google Drive. It is worth noting that Google, last February, acquired Odysee, a company that has created an application for backing up and sharing photos.
Bloomberg, in turn, notes that Google is expected to launch its own photo service on the Internet, giving new momentum to the related rumors. Indeed, Bloomberg takes the rumors a step further, noting that Google is ready to launch this service quite soon, specifically at the upcoming Google I/O, which will take place from May 28 to 29, 2015.
However, Android Headlines reports that sources close to Google note that the Internet giant's new service will allow users to share their photos via both Facebook and their Twitter accounts. It remains to be seen what Google has in store for our digital photos
