Kingston is a company that has been active and specialized for many years in the field of hardware components and specifically in the field of memory chipsets. Recently, the well-known company raised the bar even higher compared to the competition, creating a DDR4 memory kit, which certainly causes vertigo with its speed!
The 128-bit DDR4 memory kit it created boosts speeds to 3000MHz and according to KINGSTON, the HyperX Predator DDR4 kit is currently the fastest memory kit ever! Kingston measured the speed of the kit on an MSI X99 MPOWER motherboard that had an Intel Core i7-5820K processor at its heart.
With the XMP profile enabled, the memory kit in question (consisting of 8 modules of 16GB) ran at 16-16-16-36 timings. If you consider that it is rare to find individual DDR4 memory modules with 16GB on the market (and those that do exist run at lower frequencies), then the HyperX Predator memory Kit really looks like… a “beast”!
Of course, KINGSTON did not mention whether it intends to release this particular kit on the market, but if we ever see it, it is possible that it will cost more than $1000, so it will probably be a midsummer night's dream for most users (even for lovers of extreme PCs and high-end hardware components)...
