Public opinion in the US is shocked after the cold-blooded murder of a 14-year-old girl in Alabama, sparked by a Facebook.
The fatal dispute began with an argument on Facebookbetween three girls, who eventually arranged to meet in a Birmingham park to resolve their differences and videotape their fight.
However, after the ensuing hand-to-hand combat, two other teenagers, aged 17 and 19, shot and killed the 14-year-old, while injuring the other two.
Police arrested two suspects identified by witnesses. The names of the suspects, aged 17 and 19, have not been released.
In fact, authorities believe that one of the suspects was the boyfriend of one of the two girls who participated in the fight.
