A new phishing email has been circulating for a few hours now , targeting Amazon users . The email is titled “Your Account Has Been Frozen Temporarily,” and aims to steal user account information. The process includes a form that prompts users to enter their information for verification, but of course this information never goes to Amazon!

If you have received this email, simply do not open it and go to the official Amazon website, enter your details to log in and from there you will see if there is indeed a problem.
The email includes an HTML form, through which the information the user enters there will go directly to third parties. The page advises anyone who followed this email to immediately change their information on the official Amazon site.
