Google has released version 37 of its Chrome browser for Windows, Mac, and Linux, with major changes including improved font rendering on Windows, as well as improvements to the password manager.
The most significant change for Windows users is support for DirectWrite , a text layout rendering API that was first introduced in Windows Vista but is now finally being used. The result for the user is better font appearance and increased rendering performance without any changes from web developers.
There is even a minor change in the password manager , as you can see in the screenshot below, while 50 key security fixes have been made.
You can update your browser either from google.com/chrome, or through the browser's "silent" update process.
