An extremely important and for some unexpected agreement between Apple and IBM was announced a few hours ago. Under this agreement, IBM will sell iPhones and iPads with pre-installed business software .
The agreement, which is part of IBM MobileFirst for iOS, covers more than 100 business solutions for enterprises, including cloud services and applications optimized for iOS devices , as well as the AppleCare.
This is Apple 's opportunity to enter enterprise solutions and offer businesses useful tools, with the guarantee of the old-timer in the field, IBM .
This program to distribute Apple devices from IBM is expected to begin in the fall of 2014and will continue in 2015, targeting companies in the telecommunications, healthcare, retail, travel services and banking sectors.
The platform will initially include a "hidden" catalog of applications and security solutions, while AppleCare for Enterprise will operate 24/7 providing technical support.
