Korean electronics company LG has announced the launch of its "smart" Smart Bulbs.
"Smart" bulbs are low energy-consuming and have three basic functions:
The first is the security mode, so it looks like you're home even when you're away. The second allows the lights to flash when music is playing, and the third mode flashes the lights when the user receives an incoming call on their smartphone.
The user can also adjust the brightness to the desired levels, while also having the ability to set a gradual opening of the lighting upon waking up in the morning.
Initially, the Smart Bulbs will be available in the South Korean market at a price of $32.
It is not yet known if and when the Smart Bulb will be available on the European market.
